Knowledge on the Horizon was a piece made in the first half of 2019 as a final project for a portfolio class. Being free to create any work we wanted, I decided to create a vertical panorama depicting the filtering of information about the world through belief be it through scientific analysis or emotion.

The Scene was composed of three layers, The crystal beams aligned into a grid acting as a filter by which knowledge comes to us, followed by the blindfolded figure whose tears form into a continuation of the stream, and finally the science lab with the test chamber at the center.

The scene was composed of a large number of assets most of which can be found in the laboratory part of the image.

the entire scene was modeled, sculpted, textured, shaded and lit by me. using Blender and Photoshop.
